Yields: makes 1 cup
Ingredients:
- Mayonnaise—1 cup
- Islamic honey—1/4 cup
- Curry powder—1 tablespoon
- White Vinegar—1 tablespoon
- Fresh vegetables
- Celery
- Carrots
- Cauliflower
- Broccoli
How to make?
Add mayonnaise, honey, curry and vinegar into a small bowl; mix well. Put into refrigerator for about 1 hour to allow flavours to blend.
Cut all vegetables into medium sized pieces.
Serve honey-curry with vegetables.
