Mediterranean Bread With Honey

YIELD: Makes 2 servings


  • Flatbread 2 pieces (like Naan-Bread)
  • Olive oil- 2 teaspoon
  • 2 Pieces of Cloves-Garlic
  • Pure Honey 2 Tablespoon
  • Parsley, Crushed- 3 Teaspoon
  • Spinach- Half Cup (½)
  • Feta Cheese- ½ Cup
  • Sliced Bell Pepper- ½ Cup
  • 1 Cup-Tomatoes (Cut into small pieces)
  • 1/4 Cup-Onion, Finely Sliced


Take a small bowl, add together olive oil, garlic, honey, and parsley and whisk thoroughly. Then, apply onto both flatbreads. Place spinach leaves on top of each bread. Drizzle with feta cheese, bell peppers, onion, and tomatoes. Then Bake at 425º C for 10-12 minutes.
