Honey can be used in different body ailments. But above all of these, the most important thing is to make sure to use pure organic honey and make sure to use honey in the perfect ratio in different ailments of body and with which type of herbs we must use honey effectively.
Honey is used efficiently as a sweetening agent instead of available refined sugar and sugar substitutes. Honey can also be used in many ways in different cooking and baking or simply on its own. There are various ways to use honey effectively in different body ailments. To make effective and different use of honey, you must keep an eye on the following instructions respecting different body ailments.
1.For different conditions of the digestive system:
a.Stomach pain, acidity, gastric ulcers & flatulence (gas problem):
Follow the instructions carefully:
- Take honey of 1 to 2 tablespoon
- Add cinnamon powder of about 1 teaspoon in honey
- Add this mixture into a glass of warm water
- Mix well
- Then, drink this syrup on empty stomach to relieve stomach aches, acidity, and ulcers effectively.
b.Indigestion & acid reflux disease:
Follow the instructions:
- Take two tablespoons of honey
- Just sprinkle cinnamon powder on the honey
- Take it with a glass of warm water on an empty stomach to effectively improve the digestion, acid reflux, and acidity of the stomach.
2.For Cardiovascular conditions:
- v Take 1 to 2 tablespoons of pure honey.
- Mix cinnamon powder of 1 teaspoon in the honey and make a smooth paste.
- Take 1 teaspoon of this paste with a glass of warm water early in the morning to keep your heart healthy.
- Take honey of about 2 tablespoons.
- Add cinnamon powder of about 3 teaspoons in the honey to make a honey-cinnamon mixture.
- Then add few drops of ginger juice to this mixture and mix well.
- Take 1 teaspoon of this mixture and mix in a glass of warm water.
- Drink this juice early in the morning to reduce the level of cholesterol.
This remedy may be given to a patient 3 times a day for chronic cholesterol levels. Honey used with meal effectively reduces and maintain the cholesterol levels which is very helpful in making heart-healthy.
3.For the immune system:
- Daily use of 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey makes the immune system healthy.
- Constant use of honey with cinnamon is effective in strengthening the white blood cells, an important part of the immune system.
- Various research has revealed that honey contains many essential vitamins and minerals especially iron, which makes our immune system strong.
4.For respiratory system problems:
Take 2 teaspoons of honey at night before bedtime. This will release saliva from salivary glands that may lubricate airways and be helpful in easing the productivity or non-productive cough.
Take 1 teaspoon of honey in 8 ounces (1 cup) of hot water; have this water two or three times per day. Be careful not to make the water too hot.
- Take 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- Mix this powder with a teaspoon (5ml) of honey
- Take this right before bedtime. Honey and cinnamon may help remove mucus from the throat (act as a strong expectorant) and give your immune system a boost.
Take ½ lemon juice into a glass of warm water and then add 1 teaspoon of honey. Lemon juice has antioxidants that can strengthen the immune system and may help clear away mucus
5.For skin problems:
Skin problems like eczema, rashes, dryness, ringworms, open wounds, burns, blisters, acne, pimples, lesions, and itching, honey are very effective in all of these skin problems. But the important thing is that how to use honey.
For dryness problems, simply apply honey of about 1 teaspoon into the face directly and leave for about 15 to 20 minutes. Wash the skin right after 20 minutes with lukewarm water thoroughly.
Honey has the capability to absorb moisture from the surroundings and produce a protective layer onto the skin and act as a natural moisturizer.
For acne problems, use honey of about one teaspoon, add few drops of lemon juice in it and mix well to form a smooth mixture. Then apply the paste of lemon honey to the acne and leave for about 20 minutes. After that wash with lukewarm water thoroughly.
For better results, follow this remedy daily.
3. Skin infection, eczema
For skin infection, eczema, and ringworms take 1 teaspoon of honey and mix it with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Blend until a smooth paste is formed. Now apply this cinnamon honey paste directly onto the skin problems once daily.
4.Open wounds & burns:
For open wounds and burns, make a paste of equal parts of pure organic honey, olive oil, and rye flour. Mix well to form a smooth paste. Apply this paste like a cream on to complete surface of the face 3 times per day for better results.
Honey has been also used in many cosmetics products and moisturizing lotions & creams as well as in pharmaceutical preparations. Honey has the capability to reduce the blistering of burns and speed up the regeneration of new tissues and cells.
6.For eye problems:
In case of any eye problem except for open surgeries of the eye (glaucoma) take an equal part of honey and rose water, shake well to make a less viscous homogeneous mixture of honey and rose water. Then instill 1 to 2 drops of mixture 3 times a day and after 15 minutes of instillation into the eye, wash off the eye thoroughly with cold water.
7.For oral Cavity:
For oral health like bad breath, toothache, the use of honey is very effective.
Make a solution of honey of about 1 teaspoon and cinnamon powder (1 teaspoon) & mix them in hot water and use this solution to gargle every morning after teeth brushing. This remedy helps in keeping the breath fresh throughout the day.
For pain in the tooth, just mix up 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder and 5 teaspoons of pure organic honey. Mix well to make a smooth paste. Then apply this paste to the aching tooth.
Use this remedy 3 times a day, it will cure the toothache effectively within few days.
For obesity, women or men who want to lose belly fat and reduces waist circumferences must try this remedy.
Take a hot cup of water which should easily intake, add 1 tablespoon of pure organic honey, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, one teaspoon of lemon juice, and 1 to 2 drops of apple cider vinegar. Mix well to make a homogenous solution and drink this juice every morning before taking breakfast (at least half an hour before breakfast).
For better result and fast losing of weight, try this juice early in the morning and before going to bed, helps in reducing the weight of even most obese person.
10) For fatigue:
For body weakness, take 1 tablespoon of honey with warm water early in the morning right after brushing, and in the afternoon when body energy falls down and you feel less active.
